Having stayed away for more than a month, stuff and staff have changed, new sweets are on offer but our old favourite was a disappointment. Quality was off today. Sad.
Moving on to the positive, we tried a new creation, Coffee Cream Dream. It has a coffee cream center, with sweetened macadamia nuts for more texture and another level of sweetness. This delicious heart is encased in a outer dark chocolate shell and second layer of chocolate coffee sponge. In fact I believe the whole dessert has coffee infused through out, even the shell has a aromatic bitterness that is not characteristic of dark chocolate. If you dissect the dessert to analyse the different layers, it may disappoint. Mix it up and you will get a delightful treat.
